This contract requires breeders to offer a health guarantee on all piglets sold. A standard sales contract is strongly encouraged to put clear terms in writing that the breeder and buyer agree to. A good contract will protect the breeder, buyer, but above all it will protect the piglet from human conflict or error. This form of open communication can help prevent misunderstandings or assumptions. The point of the contract is to lay out the responsibilities of the owner/buyer and the responsibilities of the breeder in order to protect the piglet. 

1.The Buyer agrees to provide a life-long commitment, comfortable environment, proper medical attention, proper grooming and responsible care. This includes providing the mini pig with proper nutrition, The Buyer promises to provide a safe environment for the mini pig, and never allow the mini pig to roam freely without proper fencing or supervision. The buyer agrees to have done there research and agrees to The no refund policy  as provided below. 

2.The Seller guarantees this mini pig to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale.The Seller does not guarantee color or temperament of the pig. The seller and buyer both agree that the seller will not pay for any vet bill under any circumstance. Should the mini pig be determined to be in ill health, or  dies in the cause of which the Seller is clearly to blame, the mini pig may, upon a signed written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian, within 72 hours of purchase, there will be no money refund but the buyer has the option to return there pig and exchange it for a new mini pig of the buyers choice.( We DO NOT exchange a pig due to mites, parasites ,hernias ,nor do we guarantee the pig to be free of mites ( ANY TYPE OF MITES) For these can be common issues, and can be common in mini pigs. (However we do our best to make sure they are free from them.) The Seller assumes no liability due to mites, parasites or hernias or ear infections. The Seller gives absolutely no responsibility for fees associated with caring for the mini pig. The seller is not liable for any accidents that happen to your pig once it leaves our possession.Nor responsible for your pig if it runs away.  No other guarantees are given. If the pig for any reason needs to be returned at any time after purchase seller will willing take the pig back with 0% money refund.

The seller does not provide buyer with guaranteed full grown size of pigs for the reason of diets and exercise, Although the buyer agrees and admits that seller has shown them the piglets parents on day of purchase.

3. It is understood by the Purchaser that this piglet/pig described in this contract is being sold as a pet and is NOT to be used for breeding. if female is purchased, the Buyer agrees to have  piglet spayed at the age recommended by his or her veterinarian (usually 3 to 4 months of age). This is required to be provided in writing by a licensed veterinarian.We require spays because any pig being sold is being sold for the sole purpose of being a pet. This is a non-negotiable part of our contract, as this is a pet only contract.

4.The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound piglets both by breeding only sound parents that are free of known problems, and by raising the piglets in the best way possible . The buyer agrees that the Breeder is looking after the animals properly and in a safe environment.

5.The Buyer agrees fully to the contact made by Dustin Streicher and understands the full concept. There will be no piglets  sold without contact signed by the buyer.
